La Piazza PHX

At La Piazza, the Neapolitan style cooking is as close as you'll get to dining in the Old Country. They are serious about using original techniques from Napoli and building an authentic Italian experience right here in Downtown Phoenix. They are even VPN, or Verace Pizza Napoletana (True Napoletana Pizza), certified by the VPN Association, an Italy based organization dedicated to ensuring the standards of of old Napoli, where pizza was first invented. They use only housemade mozzarella and dough and imported Marizano tomatoes from Italy.
